报告摘要:
基于低温溶液法制备的量子点太阳能电池具有制备成本低、易于批量化生产和稳定性优异等特点,引起了人们的极大关注。与有机和钙钛矿薄膜材料相比,量子点成膜过程中不需要精细的结晶性和形貌调控,并且具备更加优异的稳定性,在印刷大面积器件、多层器件结构构筑和柔性器件制备方面具有潜在优势。本报告将介绍我们在PbS和新型钙钛矿两类量子点太阳能电池方面的研究进展。包括:1)PbS量子点油墨的直接合成,大幅降低量子点墨水制备成本,简化器件制备工艺;2)通过钙钛矿量子点表面钝化调控,提升量子点薄膜的电荷传输,实现高效稳定的光伏器件效率。

报告人简介:
刘泽柯,苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)副教授。苏州大学博士(2011-2016),导师为李述汤院士和马万里教授;期间在美国加州大学伯克利分校Paul Alivisatos教授课题组进行联合培养(2015-2016)。入选博士后创新人才支持计划,在美国印第安纳大学伯明顿分校进行联合博士后研究(2017-2019),2019年加入苏州大学。主要从事半导体纳米晶的可控合成及其光电器件的应用研究,在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater.等期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,获评2016-2020年博士后创新人才支持计划十大创新成果;Frontiers in Photonics编委;入选江苏省“双创博士”、姑苏领军人才。
