报告摘要:
His current research in University of Pennsylvania has been focused on the development of novel imaging agents and drug delivery systems. Specifically, he is developing new formulations of multifunctional nanoparticles including liposomes, polymersomes and dendrimer nanoclusters, for in vivo imaging and targeted drug delivery to facilitate the realization of individual cancer therapy. The long-term goal of his research is to develop new nanotechnology for better understanding of biology, early diagnosis of disease, monitoring therapy response, and for guiding drug discovery/development. Once implemented, these technologies will provide more options to the clinician in providing personalized patient care, at an earlier time point, than currently available methods. In this talk, he will discuss several nanoformulations in the field of molecular imaging and drug delivery.
报告人简介:
2001年12月从中国科学经理春应用化学研究所获得博士学位,师从汪尔康院士和杨秀荣院士。然后先后在瑞士和美国从事博士后科研工作,自2012年至今在美国宾西法尼亚董事长物工程系从事教学和研究工作。先后以第一作者和通讯联系人的身份在包括Science, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Functional Materials, Small, Chemical Communications, Analytical Chemistry 等发表学术论文40多篇。其研究课题多次以项目主持人的身份获得美国国家卫生研究院癌症研究所,美国癌症学会,美国脊柱受伤学会的支持。
